Counseling


Counseling is related but a completely different activity undertaken by us. We counsel and not coach. Consultations are designed as self leadership empowerment activity. We engage client organizations', hiring and staffing managers to make them aware of changing industry practices, how to bridge gap of hiring and almost hiring, public image of the policies, importance of learning from the past to focus for present and pave for the future and attracting quality hire, costs of poor hire and leveraging HR in optimizing the current resources.

Candidates will be counseled on perceptions about self and how to bridge the gap with real image, how to be self reliant individually and in a team environment, and contribute effectively, make them aware of what they are, what they want to be, where they are going and what needs to be done to get where they aspire to be.

We assess their goals and specific objectives, and then proceed to know their potential and hands-on practices, empower them to break down barriers and nudge them towards road to success.

After we listen, question, challenge, reflect and direct the dialogue, we formulate the program which is devised to-

  • Identify the needs for counseling (both organizations & candidates)
  • Establish the goals
  • Do more or to do less to achieve the goals
  • Formulate formal and customized processes
  • Maintain confidentiality. Even when commissioned by the organizations, discussions and inferences will be revealed only to designated authorities.
